1/2 c salad oil
3 onions
3 TBL butter
1lb Hamburger
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup corn meal
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup black olives whole
1 tsp. salt
1 can tomatoes
1 can corn
3 TBL chili powder
1 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Take large pan and add salad oil, butter, cloves or garlic 3 onion (diced), and hamburger meat, and cook 15 minutes. Then add tomatoes, corn, chili powder to mixture and cook another 15 minutes on low.
Take eggs and beat then add corn meal, milk, salt, and olives mix together, then pour slowly into pan as it cooks. Once added pour into baking dish and back for 30 minutes at 325º.
