Fried Ice Cream Recipe

6 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup fine graham cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
Oil for deep frying
Honey for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Scoop ice cream into balls, cover and place in freezer until very firm, at least 3 hours.

Combine graham crackers and cinnamon.

Quickly roll ice cream ball in crumb mixture and return to freezer.

Beat egg and milk until well blended. Quickly roll coated ice cream ball into egg mixture, then crumbs again and return to the freezer. Freeze 1-2 hours.

Heat oil to 375º in a deep fryer. using a slotted spoon, lower 1 ball at a time into the hot oil. Fry until coating begins to brown, 10-15 seconds. Serve immediatly. Use honey for topping.
