2 pie crust (oil pie crust)

Filling:
7 apples (Macintosh, Spy, and Cortland)
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 tbsp. minute or ground tapioca
2 tbsp. butter

Peel and slice apples.

Mix dry ingredients together and add to sliced apples.

Place pie crust in pan. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. flour over crust. Pour in apple mixture.

Cube 2 tbsp. butter and put on top of apples. Put top crust on. Brush the top with milk and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 425º for 10 min. Turn oven down to 375º and bake 35-45 min.
