1 medium Head cabbage
¾ lb. lean ground meat (90%)lean
½ cup chopped onion
1 can (14 ½ oz) diced tomatoes
½ cup water
1/3 cup instant brown rice
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 TBL Worcestershire sauce
½ tea. Basil (dried)
½ tea. Thyme (dried)
½ tea. Sugar
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook cabbage in boiling water just until leaves fall off head. Set aside 8 large leaves for rolls.
Cook ground meat and onion until meat is pink. Stir in tomatoes and water and bring to boil. Stir in rice. Boil 5 minutes.
Place about 1/3 cup of beef mixture on each cabbage leaf and overlap cut end of leaf. Fold in sides. Roll up completely to enclose filling.
In bowl combine tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, basil, thyme & sugar. Put ½ on bottom of 11 in x 7 in baking dish, (that has been coated with cooking spray). Top with cabbage rolls and remaining tomato sauce mixture.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
