2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 T baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 cup miniature choc chips
1 cup regular choc chips
1 T vanilla
1/2 pecan pieces
Whipping cream
course sugar if you can find it

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Using a pastry blender cut in butter until mixture is course crumbs. Make a well in center of ingredients, set aside
In small bowl stir together egg, whipping cream and vanilla. Pour into well. Pull dough together and when almost together add chips and nuts. Batter is very dry and needs to be pressed gently together. Dump onto counter. Gently knead or fold or press together. handle dough as little as possible. Cut into halves. Each half make round and press to inch deep. Cut into 8ths. Repeat with other half. Place on cookie sheet, paint with cream and sprinkle with sugar or course sugar. Bake 400 for 12 min!!!
