3 tired Chiquitas
1 egg
3 T. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 T. baking soda
1 T. baking powder
1/4 T. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease loaf pan. Blend bananas, egg, sugar, salt & butter. Sift flour, soda & powder. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture. Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour - 40 minutes if using smaller pans.

Renny's favorite! When not baking for Renny, I usually add fruit - raisins, chopped & peeled apple, blueberries or peaches (so good with fresh peaches!).
