1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. milk or sour cream
2-3 peeled, chopped apples

Topping
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 T. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine topping ingredients. Set aside.
2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon. Set aside.
3. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add vanilla. Add milk and sour cream.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Beat 2 minutes. Stir in apples.
5. Pour into greased 9 inch round baking pan.
6. Apply topping.
7. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350º.
