1 can sauerkraut, drained
1-2 cut up apples
1/2-1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. brown sugar
caraway seed (optional)
boneless pork ribs
1 can beer or apple juice

Directions:
Directions:
I like to brown the ribs a little first. Then put in crock pot and mix rest of ingredients together and put over rib and cook on low all day. You can put them in a 300º oven for 3 to 4 hours.
