16 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread ( Merkts )
small can chopped olives
small tub cream cheese with chives ( not whipped )
3 cloves minced garlic
3 T curry powder
2 cups chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together, grease hands then make 2 balls.
Place pecans on waxed paper and roll balls in them to cover
Wrap balls in plastic wrap and chill!!

Serve with Wheat Thins

This recipe goes back to my Mom's early years! I have never tasted any other cheese ball quite like this one... amazing with curry!!
