"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1- 10 oz. bag of peanut butter chips
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
1- 10 oz. bag white chocolate chips
1 med very ripe banana

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9"x9" pan with foil; and spray with non stick spray.
Melt chips in bowl in microwave. Add condensed milk and 2 Tbsp. butter. Microwave until melted stirring every 45 seconds.
Stir until peanut butter chips are melted and smooth. Add nuts. Pour fudge into prepared pan and smooth out.
Process banana in blender until liquified. Place white chips, banana, and 2 Tbsp butter in a bowl and microwave; stirring every 30 seconds. White chocolate burns fast; so watch it close!
Once melted; stir until smooth. Pour on top of first layer of fudge.
Refrigerate until fudge is set. At least a couple of hours to overnight. Put in container. Keeps in frige for a week. (because of the bananas)
Cut into 1" squares
