1 egg
1/2tsp salt
2 T.cream
1 cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and cream together
Add salt
Add 1 cup flour.
(Should be fairly stiff)
Sprinkle flour on wax paper and roll flour mixture thin
Cut and let dry or freeze dry

I cut mine and place in plastic container and freeze until ready to use
Drop into boiling broth
(This is a small batch)
