1/2 CUP UNCOOKED RICE
1 1/3 TEA SALT
1 LB GROUND BEEF
1/4 TEAS PEPPER
2 CUP. TOMATOES
3 TBSP. BUTTER
2 TBSP GREEN PEPPER
3 TBSP ONION
2 TBSP FLOUR

Directions:
Directions:
Combine uncooked rice, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup tomatoes. mix and form into meat balls. Place in a greased casserole dish. Heat butter in skillet and lightly brown green peppers and onions. Blend in the flour and add remaining tomatoes, slowly, cook until thick. Pour over meat balls and cooks 1 1/2 hours at 375º.
