SPRINKLE ON BOTTOM OF 9 IN SQ. PAN
1 C PECAN OR OTHER NUTS.
COMBINE IN SAUCEPAN WITH 3/4 CU.BROWN SUGAR
1/2 C BUTTER. BRING TO BOIL STIRRING CONSTANTLY
FOR 7 MINUTES.
REMOVED FROM.HEAT AND SPREAD OVER NUTS..

SPRINKLE TOP WITH 1/2 C. CHOCOLATE CHIPS. COVER TO MELT
SPREAD EVENLY OVER TOFFEE. CUT IN SQUARES WHILE STILL WARM. REFRIGERATES TO SET.
