Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
10 C. Squash (zucchini or yellow)
8 Onions
4 Bell Peppers (green or red)
3 tsp salt
Chop & mix well. Let stand 30 minutes; drain thoroughly.

Mix together:
3 C. Sugar
2 C. Vinegar (white or apple Cider)
2 tsp turmeric
1 Tbs celery seed
1 Tbs mustard seed
½ tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp green food color, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Combine with squash mixture; boil five minutes; put in hot sterilized jars and seal. This is excellent relish.
