3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 and 1/2 cups whole oats
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut

1/3 cup raw honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º.

Mix until evenly blended. Press mixture in a baking pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes. Turn with spatula half way through. I didn't have flax seed, so I used 1 cup of the sunflower seeds.

Wait until after mixture has cooled to add the dried cranberries. It gets crispy after it cools.

Personal Notes:
It's great on Greek yogurt and over your cereal or just as a snack.
