Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1-1/2 C shredded coconut
1-1/2 C chopped nuts (pecans preferred)
1 stick softened margarine
1 – 8 oz. Pkg. Cream cheese (softened)
1 – 1 lb. Box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 10” x 15” cake pan with at least 2” depth. (Pan size is important – a smaller pan will overflow during baking). Mix nuts and coconut; spread evenly over bottom and up sides of pan. Prepare cake mix per box directions; pour evenly over nut/coconut mixture. Slowly heat margarine and cream cheese in a sauce pan (just enough to blend them together). Add powdered sugar and blend until smooth. Spoon mixture evenly over cake mix; swirl gently with spatula to “marbleize”. Bake at 325º for 40 to 45 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean). Do not invert cake! When cool, cut cake in the pan and serve.
