1 Tbls. honey
1 Cup Margarine
1-1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups quick oats (not instant or old fashioned)
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 cup flaked coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease cookie sheet. Cream margarine & sugar; add honey, eggs, & vanilla & mix till well blended. Add flour, baking soda, & oats gradually, blending well after each addition. Blend in raisins, nuts, & coconut, adding milk as needed to mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheets, and bake about 10 minutes till done.
