Combine topping and set aside:
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
½ cup chopped pecans

Cake:
½ cup softened margarine
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs, sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, baking powder & soda. Add to creamed mixture & beat til all combined. Pour half batter into greased 13" x 9" baking pan, sprinkle with half of topping. Add remaining batter, then topping. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes or until done (toothpick inserted in center comes out clean).
