1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding
¾ Cup cooking oil
¾ Cup sherry wine (I prefer Taylor N.Y.State)
4 eggs
1 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Beat 5 minutes medium speed with electric mixer. Pour into 10 inch greased and floured bundt cake pan. Bake about 45 minutes @ 350º or until done.
Note: I sometimes arrange pecan halves and maraschino cherries in the bottom of the pan before pouring the batter in. Just pour very slowly and carefully until they are covered, and be sure it is well greased.
