1 lb Lasagne noodles - cooked
1 lb ricotta cheese
8 oz Mozzarella cheese, grated
3 to 5 eggs
parsley, chopped
Spaghetti sauce with meat
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ricotta, parsley, grated Parmesan, and eggs thoroughly. Mix eggs in one at a time until mixture is not very loose, but easy to work with. Place in large rectangular pan in this order:
layer of noodles
Mozzarella cheese
one-half of ricotta mixture
meat sauce
Repeat each layer once; add third layer of noodles on top; cover all with more Mozzarella and meat sauce; sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake at 350º
for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve. Freeze leftovers - it freezes well.
