2 tsp. chopped fresh garlic
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
4-5 stalks celery, chopped
1 lb ground beef
1/2 bottle Trader Joes BBQ sauce

6 rolls sliced and warmed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Warm olive oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, red bell pepper, and celery until onions are almost translucent

2. Add ground beef and cook until brown, drain excess grease

3. Add BBQ sauce and let simmer on low while you prep rolls

4. Slice and warm rolls

5. Serve together! Yum :)

This recipe is easily doubled, just cook the 2lbs ground beef in a separate pan until you combine it with the veggies and BBQ sauce to simmer. We love to use the BBQ sauce and rosemary parmesan rolls from trader joes, but any sauce and/or rolls would be good. Grandma taught me the right knife to cut veggies with, so without her my family would never have properly sliced goodness like this recipe requires!
