Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 rack (any poundage is okay) of meaty baby back ribs (make sure they are baby back)
Pork Rub (Rub with Love is what I use)
water
Favorite Barb-e-que sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the rack of ribs in half to make 2 small racks. Place each on aluminum foil cut large enough to completely wrap each rack separately. Sprinkle rub to cover the top of each rack (approx. 1 Tblsp per rack). Wrap each rack tightly in the foil.

In a cake pan or metal roaster, pour 1/4 inch of water in the pan. Place the foiled wrapped ribs in the pan. Cover the pan with aluminum foil. (Water will steam the ribs so check periodically to make sure the water doesn't evaporate during the cooking time.)

Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven. Unwrap each rack of ribs. Apply the barb-e-que sauce generously. Re-wrap and place back in oven for 40 minutes.

Serve with cheesy potatoes!! Absolutely Delicious!!

This is a Dad Original...and it rivals any of the famous rib places around. It has won the annual neighborhood rib-fest contest several times!!
