2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed (save 3/4 cup for topping)
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1 (8 ounces) container of Cool Whip
6 ounces frozen orange juice, thawed
4 small (11 ounces) cans of mandarin oranges, drained well
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Directions:

Crust:
Combine and mix melted butter and sugar with the crushed Ritz crackers. Press in a 9"x13" pan.

Fillling:
Mix the condensed milk, thawed orange juice, and three (3) cans of mandarin oranges. (One can is saved for topping)
Fold in cool whip and pour over crust.

Top with remaining drained mandarin oranges and the 3/4 cup crushed Ritz crackers.

Refrigerate.
