2 c. prepared mincemeat
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter

Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 pan. In large bowl stir together mincemeat, lemon juice, rind and nuts. Set aside. In another large bowl stir with pastry blender the flour, oats, brown sugar and butter until coarse crumbs form. Pour 1/2 of crumb mixture into prepared pan. Press firmly into place. Spoon on mincemeat mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumbs evenly on top and gently press into place. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan.
