chicken breasts
cumin
cayenne pepper
season salt
pepper
fresh garlic, minced
onion, diced small
tomato sauce, small can
flour tortillas
cheese, grated (our favorite is mozzarella)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry chicken in a little amount of oil. Shred chicken with two forks. After it is cooked season with cumin, cayenne pepper, season salt, pepper. Add the minced garlic, onions and can of tomato sauce. Simmer until tomato sauce is almost absorbed. Taste the chicken to see if you need to adjust the seasonings. Add water if needed.

Fill tortillas with chicken mixture down the center middle and top with cheese. Fold up edges and secure with toothpicks. Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides. Keep warm in oven until all are fried. You can bake them in the oven if you don't want to deep fry them. 350 for 20+ minutes or until the cheese is melted.
