3 1/2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c crisco (or butter)
1 beaten egg
3/4 c milk
1 1/4 c raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Cut in crisco or butter till mealy. Add egg, milk, raisins. Cook on oiled electric skillet at 325º until set and lightly browned.
