3 cups seedless red or green grapes, chopped
1 red onion finely chopped
1 to 2 jalapeno chiles, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 bag of Yellow corn chips
One 2 1/2 pound rotisserie chicken, skin discarded and meat shredded.
Shredded Mexican blend of cheese. about 2 cups

Salsa, and sour cream for toppings

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a medium bow, combine the grapes, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chicken. Place the chips on a baking sheet. Place on top of the chips the chicken mixture and top with cheese. Place in oven till cheese is bubbly.

Top with garnishes.
