8 links Chorizo Smoked Chicken Sausage, cut into ¼” slices*
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons spicy mustard
* any sausage links can be used

Directions:
Heat oil in non-stick pan on medium. Add sausage slices. Mix and cook on medium for 8-10 minutes or until browned and crunchy. Serve with side of spicy mustard.

One favorite spicy mustard is Hoboken Eddie’s Hot Spicy Mustard – A Horseradish & Jalapeno Mustard. However I prefer a milder flavor so use a mustard with just horseradish in it - or a creamy horseradish sauce without the mustard.
