3 tbsp. karawya
3 tbsp. cinnamon
6 oz rice flour
8 to 9 cups water
12 oz sugar

Directions:

Mix the karawya, cinnamon and rice. Cook on low heat. Add the water and sugar. Stir mixture until it boils and thickens.

Place in small ice cream size bowls. Add some raisins, nuts and coconut to tops.

This is a very interesting dessert. It is made with rice flour and has a very unique flavor, one that almost has to grow on you.
