1 pkg active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
1 cup warm water
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 1/2- 3 cups flour
garlic and italian seasoning to taste (or look/smell, I don't really eat raw bread dough)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add oil, sugar, and salt. Mix in 1 cup flour and garlic and italian seasoning until smooth, stir in the rest of the flour. Knead 5 minutes- put in bowl with a bit of the olive oil in the bottom. Let rise 40 minutes. Top with your favorite pizza toppings. We like canned chicken, barbeque sauce and cilantro topped with monzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
