1 pkg. pre-made pie crust (2 crusts)
4 chicken breasts
1 can mixed vegetables
2 cans Cream of Potato Soup
2 tbsp butter or margerine
1/2 c. Onion and Celery (Optional)
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts in salted water with celery and onions until chicken is tender. Drain broth off chicken, celery and onions. (The broth can be saved for something else or thrown away).
Mix chicken, canned soups and drained vegies together. Salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange bottom crust in pie pan, pour in vegetable mixture and dot with butter. Cover with other crust and cut 3 or 4 slits in top.
Bake at 350º for 50 minutes or until the crust is brown.
