1 cup butter
1½ cups sugar
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon extract
3 cups flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

Sugar for rolling cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add sour cream and blend well. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Add dry ingredients. Chill 3-4 hours.

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease cookie sheets. Shape dough into small balls and roll in extra sugar. Place balls on cookie sheet and flatten using the bottom of a glass. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
