1 c brown sugar, dark
1/3 c paprika
2 T salt
1 T black pepper
1 T white pepper
1-1/2 T cayenne pepper (add more if you like it hot)
1 T garlic powder
1 1/2 T onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients within air-tight container. Store in a dry cupboard.
Rub on pork, beef or poultry before cooking.

I always apply a rub before I rotisserie chicken. It's also great on other proteins.
