1 pkg. active dry yeast
2/3 c. warm water
1 3/4 c.-2 c. flour
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Toppings
4 c. mozzarella
2 green peppers
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. parmesan
italian sausage
1 28oz. can diced tomatoes, well drained
2 oz. sliced pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add 1 c. flour, oil and seasoning; beat until smooth. Add flour to form soft dough. Turn onto floured surface; knead until smooth, 6-8 minutes. Place in greased bowl, turn to grease top. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Punch dough and roll into 15 inch circle and place in dish. Sprinkle with 1 c. mozzarella. Saute green peppers and seasoning in oil until tender. Layer half of mixture over crust. Layer with half parmesan, sausage and tomatoes. Sprinkle with 2 c. mozzarella. Repeat layers. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with pepperoni and mozzarella and bake 10-15 more minutes.
