1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
2 boxes vanilla pudding mix
9 ounces Cool Whip
1/2 to 1 cup grated coconut (for garnish)
1 jar maraschino cherries
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix according to directions on box and put in 9x13-inch pan. Bring to boil pineapple and sugar. Poke holes with a fork in the cake and pour pineapple mixture over cake. Let cool. Mix 2 regular boxes of vanilla pudding mix according to directions on box and spread over cooled cake. Spread Cool Whip over cake, sprinkle with coconut and garnish with Maraschino cherries.
