1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1-10 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1-14 ounce can enchilada sauce
2 tbsp. canned green chilies, chopped
8 flour or corn tortillas
Cooking oil
2-1/2 cups shredded cheese
1/2 cup chopped, pitted ripe olives
1/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onions; drain off excess fat.
Stir in the soup, enchilada sauce, chilies and milk.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Soften tortilla in hot oil just til limp and drain.
Place 1/4 cup cheese , sprinkle with olives in each tortilla; roll up.
Place rolled, filled tortillas in oven dish; cover with sauce.
Cover and heat through. When hot, remove cover and add remaining cheese and cook until cheese is melted.

If you do all this in a skillet, you put the filled tortillas on TOP of sauce in skillet; cover, heat and add rest of cheese.
