2 c. soy sauce
1 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. salt
5 pounds pork ribs.

Directions:
Directions:
Bring soy sauce, water, brown sugar, molasses and salt to a boil. Set aside to cool.

In a large ziploc bag, place 5 pounds of pork ribs and pour marinade over ribs. Refrigerate over night.

Preheat oven to 375º. Remove ribs from bag (discard marinade). Place in a large baking pan, cover with foil and bake 2 hours.

Place ribs on hot grill and brush with bbq sauce. Close lid and grill for 15-20 minutes.

BBQ SAUCE:

Bring to a boil:

1/3 c water
14 oz. ketchup
12 oz. chili sauce
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
