1/2 lb butter
2 egg yolks
1/2 c brown sugar

2 c flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the first three ingredients together then add the flour. Make small balls. Roll in egg whites and then ground nuts Bake 5 minutes. Remove and make "thumb print" (I use the end of a wooden spoon) and then bake for 10 minutes.

Cool and then add jam or whatever you want to the center

350 degree oven
