1/2 package ground lamb (4 oz.)
1 cup rice
1/2 onion
1/2 zucchini or eggplant
1 tomato
2 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup raisins
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the rice per package instructions.
Stir fry the ground lamb into small chunks in a large frying pan.
Add chopped onion, zucchini, and tomato when lamb is almost done and stir on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add butter, spinach, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg and rice and stir until well mixed.
