1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
12 oz chocolate chips
powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar together; add egg and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and mix with wet ingredients until blended. Refrigerate dough for about 1/2 hour. Roll into 1" round balls; dredge in powdered sugar. Bake 8-10 min.
