Serves 4
2 lbs pork ribs cut across the bone, cut into 1 inch squares
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp of salted, fermented black beans, finely chopped
2 tsp Chinese rice wine
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 tsp sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all the pork ribs and seasonings and marinate for at least 10 minutes.

2. Bring water to a boil, steam ribs for 10 to 20 minutes.

3. Serve with steamy, hot rice and leafy greens.
