1 1/2 lb lean hamburger
1/2 lb ground veal
1/2 lb ground pork
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion salt
1 stack crushed Ritz crackers
8 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients from hamburger to cheddar cheese together in Dutch oven or frying pan. Make balls. Brown in butter. After browning add cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup water to crust left in frying pan. Mix thoroughly. Pour over meatballs. Bake covered at 350º for one hour.
