2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp sugar
4 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 400
Whisk flour, powder, soda, salt, sugar
Cut in butter until well incorporated
make well, add buttermilk and pull dough together
pour out onto floured surface, gently knead till holds shape
pat out to desired thickness, about 3/4 inch
Cut with biscuit cutter and place touching each other on cookie sheet
top with small pat of butter
bake 12-14 min
