1/4 c balsamic vinegar
3 shallots, minced (or green onions)
3 Tbsp finely chopped drained oil packed sun dried tomatoes (optional)
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp dried
1/2 c olive oil.
cayenne pepper
salt

Directions:

Whisk first 6 ingredients in medium bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Season with cayenne pepper and salt.
