1 1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 lb. butter (or margarine)
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
3 c. sifted flour

1 c. chopped nuts
1 T. cocoa
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Pre-heat oven to 350º and PAM 9 or 10 inch spring form tube pan.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, till nicely creamed. Add 1 cup flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, and 1/3 of sour cream to sugar mixture and mix. Alternately add the rest of the flour and sour cream till all used up. This should be nice and creamy.

Mix topping ingredients to a separate bowl.

Put 1/2 batter in the pan and add 1/2 topping. Cover with remaining batter and then topping. Dot with butter. Bake for 50 minutes.

"As you know I like to use three small pans, use the same method but start watching at 40-45 minutes cause they will cook faster."
