1 lb. loose sausage
1 (10 oz.) can petite-diced tomatoes with green chile (drained)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs cream cheese (softened to room temperature)

Directions:
In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease. Mix tomatoes and cream cheese into the skillet. Stir and continue cooking the mixture over a medium heat until the cream cheese has melted. Serve with Frito or Tostito scoops chips.

For the sausage, Italian works best. You can also use Regular (or Spicy for very spicy dip). My favorite brand of diced tomatoes is Rotel.
