Pepperoni Roll Recipe

One bag of mozzarella cheese ( shredded or finely shredded)
One package of pepperoni (normal size)
One tube of pillsbury crescent pizza crust
One fresh jalapeņo
One jar of your favorite marinara sauce
Oil
Italian seasoning
Minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roll your crescent pizza crust so it is flat. Pour a little oil on top and rub on whole crust. Sprinkle some minced garlic and Italian seasoning on blank flat crust. Then add the mozzarella cheese on crust. You don't need to use whole bag just as much as you like. Then add pepperoni on top if cheese. Chop up the jalapeņo into small pieces. Make sure not to touch face until you wash hands. Sprinkle as much jalapeņo pieces on top of pepperoni as you want. Grab end if crust and start rolling crust into a log. You might have to keep tucking ingredients in. Put on baking sheet that is lightly spray with nonstick spray. Make sure not to spray alot. Bake for 8 to 10 min or until outside if log is hard and has darken to your liking. Once cooled, slice into inch think slices. Enjoy with your marinara dipping sauce.

Sometimes I cook bacon real crispy and chop up to put in rolls. Just sprinkle on with jalapeņo peppers.
