6 oz boneless country style ribs
1 tsp each: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
1 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil


Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet on medium heat. Mix together spices and rub over ribs. Add to skillet, searing meat on both sides to seal in the juices. When both sides are a nice medium brown, add the water, cover and let simmer for 45 minutes to an hour. Remove from water, slice, and serve.
