1 gallon of medium cucumbers, sliced
8 small white onions sliced
2 tsp. celery salt
5 c vinegar
Optional- (green pepper, 1 red pepper, chopped)
1/2 c pickling salt
5 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. tumeric
2 tsp. mustard seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers, add onions, pepper, salt, and mix. (Be sure to put this into a large crock or container) Add ice and let stand for 3 hrs. or overnight in the refrigerator. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate pan and bring to a boil.Pour over the cucumbers. Put into hot jars and seal (fill jars with hot water for a few minutes before using, remove water and fill with pickles).
