2 c sugar
1 c evaporated milk
1/4 c honey
1 1-oz square of unsweetened chocolate
1/4 tsp salt
2 T butter
1 c chopped nuts ( your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, chocolate, salt, milk for 5 minutes. Add honey and cook to soft boil (240º). Add butter and remove from heat. Beat with a mixer until creamy
(about 5 minutes). Add nuts and pour into buttered pan to cool.
